Tonight, I woke up, wearing my Yoga-Outfit, trying to remember when I had put it on. Did I not go to sleep in my nightgown? I got up as I heard someone breathing in the other room. In the door I was overwhelmed. Gaia. She was sitting in a lotus position, her eyes closed, smiling as if welcoming me to my daily Yoga session.
“Gaia!” I exclaimed because it had been long since we physically met last time. “You are here!”. “Shhhhhhhhhh,” was all she replied. She was silently breathing and opened her eyes slightly. The movement of her hand invited me onto the Yoga mat across her. So, I joined her. My heartbeat racing in joy about her companionship.
I would not want to close my eyes, would want to indulge every moment with her in appreciation. Then she started moving in a beautiful flow, I could not resist but move along. And like a dance she led me…
