Is Water more valuable than Oil?

Info: Lea County Line lies at the south-east corner of New Mexico, directly connected to north-west Texas. The discovery of oil wells in 1928 led to the opening of the on an average highest oil producing fields worldwide. Lea County also holds highly nutritious soil, which carries potassium, calcium and magnesium. The famous oil boom, the accessibility of healthy groundwater and the soil quality led to vast changes in and around Lea County and to a very fast and diverse population growth, which continuously brings about struggle in the area — able to cause any possible success and disaster scenario. The wind carries a question around, sharing it with those, who listen closely: What shall we do, when water becomes a scarce good?

Dear human friend.

Lately, I visited a poetry slam event in Texas, USA. The moderator started with a riddle.”Y’all.” he said. “Let me introduce today’s special guest with a Who-Is-It-Poem. I wonder if you can figure out, who will be standing here in less than a minute.”

Then he took the microphone out of its stands, made some weird moves and sounds and spoke in something, which was supposed to be some kind of rhythm:

“She was born in 1917.
