We are together in this!

We are Planet Earth!

a poem — by me.

Here I am, having a walk through my chosen home, Berlin, Planet Earth.

Here I am, smiling about two rats who sneak some leftover food from under a bench in the park.

Here I am, standing still, listening to the wind roaming through the air by the trees.

Here I am, kneeling, joyfully stroking with my fingertip over the first snowdrop of this year.

Here I am, watching myself walking from a slightly higher perspective.

Here I am, watching myself watching myself smiling about two rats from yet another place.

Here I am, perceiving myself watching myself watching myself listening to the wind from again somewhere else.

Here I am, realizing that I am joyfully stroking with my fingertip over the first snowdrop of this year, which is me myself.

Here I am, understanding that I truly am my chosen home, I am Berlin, I am Planet Earth.

Here I am, merging with my smile, the rats, the leftover food, and even with the bench in the park.

Here I am, becoming one with the trees, the air, the wind.

Here I am, me, being the joy, the fingertip, the snowdrop.

I am all of this. We are all of this.

I am Russia, I am Ukraine. We are Russia and Ukraine.

I am the Virus and I am the Vaccine. We are Virus and Vaccine.

I am all there is. We are all there is.

We chose once to be the one unique human being who we are now.

And still, we are one with all other beings there are.

Today, we can choose again as the unique being, and as the whole.

We can choose the HOW (we want to be in all of this).

How peaceful or restless, how craving or grateful do we want to be?

How happy or dissatisfied, how stressed or calm do we want to be?

How courageous or fearful, how locked in or flying free do we want to be?

How light or heavy, how hateful or loving do we want to be?

Here I am, having a walk in peace and with gratitude.

Here I am, smiling, being happy and calm.

Here I am, standing still, and in the same moment flying free courageously.

Here I am, kneeling, lighthearted and loving.

Human friend, join me here.

Because we can be Peace.

We can be Health.

We can be Contentment.

We can be separated and we can be united.

We are all individuals and we are all one Planet Earth.
